Larry Hoff's Resume 

Larry J. Hoff is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area with more than 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial brokerage business. 

During his career, Larry has sold many different types of residential and commercial properties, including vacant land, industrial buildings, apartment houses, and office buildings.

He is a well known and recognized expert in the South King County area.  He does multi-million dollars worth of sales annually, in both residential and commercial transactions.

Mr. Hoff has held many offices and continues to do so, from memberships on the Board of Directors for the Seattle King County Association of Realtors to Regional Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Certified Commercial Investment Members.  He has also been significantly involved in the Economic Development Council for the City of Burien.

When realizing the goal of earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Mr. Hoff gained mastery of such theories and issues as: the time value of money, measuring investment performance, analyzing the best use of a site, property supply and demand, evaluating and managing risk, lease versus own analysis, market demographics, negotiations, tax implications and financing options. All of these skills, as well as serving as the Vice-President of CCIM in Washington have been fundamental in supporting his contributions to commercial development in South King County and Washington State.

In 1999 he was presented with Realtor Community Service Award by the Seattle King County Association of Realtors for his community service work.  As President for the State of Washington for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Chapter, he helped achieve the Diamond Chapter Award and the Chapter with a Heart Award for Outstanding Community Service.  Mr. Hoff is also a Paul Harris Fellow and a benefactor for the Permanent Fund of the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.  He’s also noted for helping develop programs in Mexico to build elementary schools and find funding so children can complete their education in Puerto Vallarta.
